ADDMAN Takes Flight with New COO: Meet Vincenzo Furbini

We are excited to share that ADDMAN has recently welcomed Vincenzo Furbini as its Chief Operating Officer. With over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Vincenzo has worked for renowned companies such as Boeing and Airbus.

As the new COO, Vincenzo will be responsible for overseeing all operations activities, including leading all 7 plants, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement. He will be based at Castheon’s Thousand Oaks facility, which is ADDMAN’s metal additive manufacturing hub, with a focus on Defense and Space applications. ADDMAN Group, comprising Castheon, Dinsmore, HARBEC, and the Domaille Family of Companies, has over 300,000 square feet of production space.

Vincenzo’s impressive background includes growing up in Italy, where he received his Aeronautical Technical Diploma. He worked at Alenia (Finmeccanica) for 15 years before venturing out to work with other companies in the aerospace and defense industry. Vincenzo is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has extensive experience in program management, supply chain management, and operations management. Additionally, he is fluent in Italian and English, speaks conversational Spanish, and is a US citizen.
