Dinsmore Expands Capacity with Two New Stratasys Machines to Meet Growing Demand

Irvine, CA, October 31, 2024 – Dinsmore, an ADDMAN Group Company, a leading provider of advanced polymer additive manufacturing solutions, has bolstered its production capabilities with the installation of two new Stratasys machines—the Stratasys F900 and the Neo800. These additions are aimed at meeting increased customer demand.

The Stratasys F900, is recognized for its reliability and versatility and will run a broad spectrum of FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) filaments. This workhorse delivers high-performance, industrial-grade outputs with unmatched consistency and precision. With the largest build platform in its category, it enables the creation of large components or multiple smaller parts simultaneously, significantly enhancing the production capabilities available to Dinsmore’s customers across aerospace, medical, automotive, and defense industries. This expansion allows Dinsmore to meet complex customer needs more efficiently and with greater customization.

The Stratasys Neo800 SLA machine, known for its dependable performance and precision, has been integrated into Dinsmore’s operations. This machine uses BioClear material, ideal for detailed and high-quality finishes required in industries like F1 racing, automotive, and consumer products. The Neo800 supports various applications, from prototyping to master patterns, enhancing Dinsmore’s product offerings and enabling the execution of complex projects more efficiently and accurately.
