ADDMAN’s Precision Machining footprint includes 5 axis CNC, turning centers, and wire EDM systems, as well as a full complement of processing and finishing elements. Our Precision Machining work dates back over 50 years and is recognized for achieving the highest quality standards.

ADDMAN supplies our highly skilled programmers and machinists with the equipment needed for cutting edge innovation. With over 65 CNC mills and lathes, our team can provide Ultra Precision for low volume, repeat machining to the micron level of accuracy, with requests for tolerances within 0.00005” to provide you with the solutions that you require. All this precision machining is backed by our world-class quality departments which employ the use of many CMMs and 3D scanning to ensure quality and conformance of the part.

Production Cells

For high volume parts, our production milling and lathe cells are ready to help. ADDMAN touts modern technologies such as Makino MMC2 expandable production cell equipped with over 35 pallets to provide 4-axis high-speed machining services. Our high-volume Doosan 2600 SY 4-axis lathes with a Fanuc Robots offer perfect capabilities for high production of unique, highly complex parts.

Kitting Services and Assembly

Our team of highly trained mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblers can integrate and assemble a wide variety of operations, ranging from complex telecommunications equipment to sophisticated thermal management devices. Our facilities are AS9100 and ISO certified to provide services including assembling both in-house manufactured parts and parts manufactured by a sub-supplier and sent to us for assembly or kitting.

Metal Additive

To bring concept to reality, ADDMAN uses cutting edge Metal Printing technologies, including laser powder bed fusion, which taps into the thermal power of the laser to selectively melt areas of a powder bed, achieving a deeply complex result that’s otherwise impossible with conventional manufacturing means.

Polymer Additive

From design to item in hand, Polymer Printing offers maximum flexibility and rapid results. ADDMAN’s polymer printed parts can range from a single material or a specialized blend including carbon and glass fibers and more. Modern polymer materials offer cost effective strength and serve as fully production replacements.

CMM & Laser Scanning

When it comes to quality assurance, ADDMAN achieves vital measurements for inspection using cutting-edge laser scanning, CT scanning, and CMM technologies. These methods can confirm both external and internal geometry features for conformance to customer requirements.

Metallurgy & Print Parameter Development

ADDMAN joins industry leading talent with to constantly innovate previously non-printable materials like refractory metals. We develop parameters for materials and 3D Printing equipment to understand and isolate variables. ADDMAN is able to demonstrate improved strength, density, and reduced fatigue as a result of our process.
