Polymer Additive

From design to item in hand, Polymer Printing offers maximum flexibility and rapid results. ADDMAN’s polymer printed parts can range from a single material or a specialized blend including carbon and glass fibers and more. Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) / Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF)

FDM offers design freedom and fast lead times with strong thermoplastics. Big or small, ADDMAN’s technology ranges from small-format desktop printers up to large-format machines with industry leading build envelope.

Material and color selection for FDM is almost endless with a wide variety of polymers, reinforced polymer composites, and high-temperature engineering thermoplastics. Reinforcing base polymers with carbon or glass fibers can significantly increase strength and durability for your toughest requirements.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

Powder bed polymer processes such as SLS and MJF allow the ultimate in design freedom by enabling free-floating features without requiring support material. This enables the creation of moving assemblies, complex internal geometries, and thin-walled features. These processes are ideal for following all stages of the production lifecycle, from prototyping to low-volume production of strong, water and air-tight, and repeatable parts.

The material selection of SLS and MJF provide the strengths for production quality polymer parts. Many of these polymers are reinforced with carbon or glass fibers to increase material strength and durability.

Stereolithography (SLA) and Digital Light Processing (DLP)

To achieve crystal clear clarity or incredibly smooth surface finish, Stereolithography (SLA) and Digital Light Processing (DLP) are the perfect choice. Some polymers parts may require tighter tolerances or smoother surface finish than the polymer processes can provide. When that’s the case, Addman has over 100 traditional subtractive machines, including 5-axis CNC machines and turning stations to be able to provide full solutions.

Metal Additive
