Machinists are responsible for producing parts according to the print specification

POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform all assigned tasks necessary to create inspections programs for coordinate measuring machine based on design and engineering requirements, and other forms of instruction by following standard work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure that coordinate measuring process is as efficient and safe as possible.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Work every scheduled workday including weekends and overtime as required.
  • Always understand and comply with all PPE requirements, work safely every day, and encourage all team members to do the same.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, bills of material, and work instructions as necessary to perform each assigned task.
  • Determine program requirements based on design and engineering requirements.
  • Perform all tasks per established quality and efficiency standards.
  • Ensure that precision machinery is in working condition and properly calibrated.
  • Provide training and assistance to other employees as assigned.
  • Operate precision machinery as needed.
  • Write or edit programs for precision machinery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • The performance of this position will require exposure to the manufacturing areas where all areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shops and other mandatory safety equipment.
  • For the most part, ambient temperatures with typical plant lighting and manufacturing equipment are present throughout the facility.

Operations Manager will establish process control for additive manufacturing facility in Bonita Springs, FL

Manage plant operation to achieve or exceed ADDMAN Engineering production and financial goals including all production facility personnel, facilities, and equipment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Work every scheduled work day including weekends and overtime as required.
  • Understand and comply with all PPE requirements at all times, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same.
  • Manage operational deployment in manufacturing techniques, materials and supplies, quality, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, support system controls and plant performance measures to ensure that all facility financial and working capital goals are met or exceeded.
  • Manage employee relations and development through effective communications, coaching and training.
  • Lead in the identification of problems/opportunities and cross functional problem resolution to facilitate timely, effective and efficient solutions.
  • Manage scheduling, material requirements and inventory control processes/procedures to increase inventory turns and reduce inventory levels to meet both production and working capital goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety and production.
  • Determine operations headcount needs and ensure compliance with all company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with facility needs for capital investments and improvement projects.
  • Manage compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and maintain cooperative community relations programs.
  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and report out results as required
  • Follow action and communication protocols for nonstandard deviation in processes.
  • Support facility operations staff and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills both up and down throughout the company.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and five to ten years related experience in manufacturing.
  • Five years or more high level experience in Plant Management.

Quoting (Application) Engineers are responsible for assessing customer drawings to ensure material, resource, and machine costs are captured in quoting activities.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage all aspects of the Quality Control program to ensure that fabricated parts, purchased material and parts, WIP, and finished products meet and exceed the quality expectations of the ADDMAN Engineering customer base.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Work every scheduled workday including weekends and overtime as required.
  • Always understand and comply with all PPE requirements, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same.
  • Develop and/or adapt inspection equipment to meet quality control standards, make suggestions with regard to procedures, standards and equipment to facilitate work and maintain product quality.
  • Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, AS9100 and ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements
  • Analyze facts and/or circumstances surrounding nonstandard deviation in processes or materials to determine required corrective action within the limits of standard practices and follow action and communication protocols for all such nonstandard deviation.
  • Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems.
  • Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
  • Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
  • Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
  • Conduct periodic management review meetings.
  • Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
  • Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
  • Compile and maintain inspection reports and records and report out on QKP’s or similar standard deviation matrices.
  • Investigate and determine cause of quality at the source failures and consult/advise operations team as to necessary corrective measures.
  • Perform internal audits and address non-conformities found.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly paperwork and reports as required.
  • Provide training and assistance to other employees as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on XA and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes/procedures.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills both up and down throughout the facility.

  • Proficient in problem analysis and resolution.
  • Effective knowledge and understanding of manufacturing process.
  • Strong team player.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education, technical training, and experience in a related quality field.
  • Five years’ experience minimum in Quality Management.
  • Certification in Quality Engineering and Quality Auditor (ASQC CQE) or similar preferred.

Application Engineers are responsible for designing, developing and implementing programs and applications. They must be able to do customer analysis to create applications that respond to customer needs and provide innovative solutions to common problems.

Develops and executes manufacturing process plans for additive manufacturing, which use a range of laser-based or advanced printing techniques to build up models layer by layer. Improves processes and plans, designs and executes tooling requirements.
